Artist Statement: A wonderful and exciting mix and blend of fiber and paper make this show, “THREADS” in Gallery at Marina Square’s Lower Gallery, unique in every way. This show bursts with color and texture in all media and sizes. From artworks of felted wool, fiber and paper collages, to quilted cloth, metallic threads and embellishments—Hope Myers, Gay McNeal, Debbie Gedayloo, and Ardella Swanberg, are masters of textures in “Threads”.
