“Painting, birding and teaching are passions of mine.  With our Covid-19 restrictions, I have had to let go of teaching for awhile, but not painting or birding.  I have been immersed in studying birds and painting them for the last decade.  I have always thought I had around 18-20 species of birds on my property in Atascadero.  But because I have been staying home, I have been doing a lot of yard birding during the last couple of months, and I am now up to 46 species!  So with this show, I am celebrating my outdoor journeys in discovering birds, and my continued friendships with my indoor pet companions—my 3 wonderful cats.”
