In Ron’s own words:
“Knife Painting in oil, for me, is an exploration of possibilities. An idea or image takes form as I freely utilize knives and brushes with thickly applied color that is vibrant, alive, and assertive. The creative process begins to assume a life of its own, and herein lies the discovery of what can surprisingly unfold. Hopefully the final expression will both attract and engage others as they observe my efforts to share a bit of the beauty that surrounds us.”
